The Least Strange Thing
In news that comes as a shock to no one, except that corner of the internet that gets to everything late and eventually hates it, Stranger Things has officially been renewed for a second season on Netflix. Slightly more surprising is the fact that there’s already a teaser for the season, including episode titles.
Stranger Things finished up season one with some pretty big open threads. I won’t go into spoilers here, but suffice to say there was enough left to answer that begged for a season two. I’d have preferred an anthology style show with a different setting and characters, but I don’t mind spending more time with this group. Which is testament to the show. The kids weren’t annoying, and the plot gripping enough for most to have plowed through in a single weekend….or night.
The teaser, while light on visuals, does offer up some insight on the second season via episode titles. Something for us to much on, over analyze and ultimately ruin for ourselves before the show (hopefully) does something special with to throw us off.
For those that don’t have time to watch words slowly crawl onto a screen, the episode titles are below. Stranger Things season two hits Netflix sometime in 2017.
- The Boy Who Came Back to Life
- The Pumpkin Patch
- The Palace
- The Storm
- The Pollywog
- The Secret Cabin
- The Brain
- The Lost Brother
I don’t see anything about Barb tough *Sad Face*.
